ServOS is a small team of operators and engineers in London. Between us we've run kitchens, managed front of house, written code at scale, and shipped restaurant tech that ten thousand venues used. We started ServOS because we kept running into the same wall: the tools we used to run venues were either built in 2009 or built by people who'd never plated a course.
So we built it ourselves. One platform. Every module included. Designed for a service rush, not a sales demo.
If the till stutters at 7:42pm, dinner stutters. Performance, durability and offline-first behaviour come before features.
Service is muscle memory. We design every screen so the action you need is at most two taps away. Always.
Menus, orders, customers, payments — one source of truth. No syncing layers, no overnight reconciliation.
Founding venues talk to us in Slack. Their feedback drives the roadmap. We ship weekly.
Standard hardware, pass-through processing, exportable data. If we stop earning your business, we make leaving easy.
The best operations software disappears into the rhythm of service. We optimise for not being noticed.
Six full-time, three advisors. We answer your support email ourselves.
